SOLFLEX - Timeless beauty and elegant perfection

SOLFLEX – a polymerized solid surface material in which minerals and resins are blended together creating a single matrix, stone-hard and flexible material designed for kitchen counter tops, vanity tops, and table tops, and other related interior design applications. This product exudes a combination of luxury and elegance and its durable performance in a non-porous and seamless surface makes SOLFLEX a cut above the performance of other products

FEATURES, ADVANTAGES AND BENEFITS

  • NON-POROUS – A primary feature unique to SOLFLEX. This feature prevents water/moisture to seep through the surface of SOLFLEX which is the primary cause of staining and dirt trapping and also the weakening of the material. Also, this unique feature makes SOLFLEX unaffected by water and any changes in the environment's humidity.
  • COVING FEATUREUnlike other solid surface brands, SOLFLEX has a unique back splash design known as the coving feature. This is created for easy drainage of water and cleaning purposes. The coving feature makes the cleaning of water traffic areas in SOLFLEX convenient and easy.
  • VERSATILE – SOLFLEX Solid Surfaces offers a remarkable level of versatility, durability and function way beyond the scope of other products. From countertops and backsplashes, table tops in either commercial or residential applications, SOLFLEX exhibits remarkable usage.
  • EASY TO MAINTAIN – Since SOLFLEX is non-porous, most spills can be wiped away with a damp cloth or sponge. Stubborn stains like coffee, wine and juices can be managed with household bleach and scrubbing pad.
  • REPAIRABLE – In case of scratches and accidental breakages, SOLFLEX can be easily repaired through sanding of the damage part and filling up of the gaps with a material of similar composition to the repaired surface material.
  • SOLID – SOLFLEX is a compact and homogenous, with the same composition throughout the thickness of the solid surface material.
  • CUSTOMIZABLE – SOLFLEX can be suitable for horizontal and vertical use; it is easy to install, cut, shape, drill and bond to each other to create a continuous, seamless surface.
  • VIRTUALLY SEAMLESS – SOLFLEX are produced by slabs or sheets. Upon installation of these slabs, SOLFLEX will be bonded to each other creating a continuous surface with no visible joints.
  • WIDE VARIETY OF COLORS – SOLFLEX is an innovation crafted to be durable, practical and functional. Also, it captures the elegant look of stone available to different color options.

ECOFOAM - Insulation at its best

What is ECOFOAM ?

ECOFOAM is a two component, closed-cell spray applied polyurethane foam insulation material having the highest thermal resistance value among readily available insulation materials. It is a cost effective and versatile way to insulate all kinds of areas including hard to reach spaces. The polyurethane system is produced directly on the substrate using a spray process forming a continuous, even layer with no joints or gaps, eliminating thermal bridges.

CHEMICAL COMPONENTS
  • MDI (methylene di-isocayanate)
  • Polyol Blend (polyol, catalysts, surfactants, fire retardant, blowing agent)
Why choose ECOFOAM ?

  • SEAMLESS – it forms no gaps, no joints and connections when it is applied properly and evenly by spraying or by pouring.
  • SELF-FLASHING – it expands and seals multiple penetrations, eliminating the use of additional flashing materials.
  • LIGHTWEIGHT – it weighs approximately 1.2 kg per m2. Thus it will not add additional stress to the roofing system if applied on roofs.
  • EASILY MAINTAINED – can be easily cleaned and maintained. It is easy to repair since damages on the Ecofoam are localized; repair can be done on the damaged part without the need of removing the entire foam system.
  • SUSTAINABLE – Ecofoam offers low life cycle cost and offers many years of service life.
  • ENERGY-EFFICIENT – Ecofoam is considered as one of the commercially available foam products to have the highest insulating R-value per inch. With typical values ranging from R 5.6 to R 8 per inch, Ecofoam provides efficient insulation; thus helps in saving electricity cost by maintaining coolness.
  • VERSATILE – Ecofoam can be applied over a wide variety of clean substrates and can conform to any shapes of a substrate.
  • ELIMINATES AIR LEAKS. - Air leakage contributes around 30% of a home's annual cooling costs; also to problems with moisture, noise, dust and pollutants. Ecofoam eliminates air leakage by effectively sealing the building envelope to create an optimal energy-efficient and healthy environment.
  • REDUCES WIND UPLIFT. - Ecofoam is self-flashing and offers 100% adhesion. This enables the foam to grip the building walls, thereby holding tight in the face of high winds. Roofs with SPF resists roof uplift during high wind events.
  • VAPOR RETARDER. - Ecofoam functions as Class II vapor retarder at greater than two (2) inch thickness. This limits the potential for vapor condensation within walls.
  • REDUCES SOUND TRANSMISSION. - When properly installed, Ecofoam forms an air-tight seal, void – free walls that prevents air leaks and greatly reduces noise transmission through walls. The Sound Transmission Coefficient (STC) is 43. This means that loud speech is audible but not understandable; it is an onset of privacy.
  • QUICK AND NON-DISRUPTIVE – Ecofoam cures in less than 5 minutes and its spray application could cover a minimum of 150 sq. m. per day per machine. It does not disrupt any on going construction activities especially during above the roof application.
  • WATER DOES NOT MOVE LATERALLY – Ecofoam adheres fully to its substrates thateven if damaged, water can not travel under the foam roof.
  • >90% CLOSED CELL CONTENT – Air and water particles cannot pass through the material thus preventing leakage and heat penetration.
  • LOWEST THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY – Ecofoam has the lowest thermal conductivity among other insulating materials in the market having a value of 0.019 W/m-K. The lower the k-value the better is the insulating property of the material.
  • ADDS SIGNIFICANT STRUCTURAL STRENGTH. Closed-cell SPF in wall cavity applications has increased racking strength by 330-400%.
  • INHIBITS MOLD GROWTH. - Mold spores are always in the air and could endanger the structure if allowed to grow. Mold spores require three conditions to grow: Food, Oxygen, Water. Ecofoam inhibits or prevent the growth by removing any one of the conditions. Ecofoam is not a food source; Ecofoam limits air supply; and Ecofoam limits the potential of water condensation within the walls.
